Danyang Sailing Auto Parts Co., Ltd. manufactures aftermarket auto body parts in Danyang, Jiangsu — the city that produces a large share of the world's aftermarket lamps and body trims.
The Factory
SLCHN® is the registered trademark of Danyang Sailing Auto Parts Co., Ltd., located in Jiedong Industry Area, Jiepai Town, Danyang. The plant runs injection moulding, vacuum forming, felt pressing and assembly lines dedicated to body parts for Japanese vehicle platforms — NS and TY above all, plus HD, LX, KA, MT, FT and FD lines.
The catalog is mould-driven: 513 SKUs across 49+ vehicle series, each mapped to its OEM reference numbers. New moulds are added every season based on customer demand — the 2026-1 edition added the Qashqai 2025, Yaris Cross 2023 and Altima 2023 ranges.
How We Keep Quality
- Mould accuracy. Tools are cut from scanned original parts; first-article samples are checked on vehicle fixtures before a mould enters the catalog.
- Batch fit checks. Every production batch is sampled onto jigs: mounting-point gap and flush, clip engagement, surface finish.
- Material discipline. PP / PE / ABS grades matched to the original application; lamps available with E-mark where listed.
- Traceable packing. Cartons labelled by SL number and your item codes; packing lists match the container plan sent before loading.
